Contrave Support membership includes one-on-one motivational support from dedicated nurse counsellors, newsletters and tools on nutrition, activity, motivation, wellness and lifestyle as well as financial assistance. Watch our video to find out more about the program.
Card Activation
To activate and use your Contrave Support card and receive financial assistance, please complete these three steps:
- Activate Your Card: by enrolling
- Present Your Card at the pharmacy to obtain financial assistance
- Keep Your Card with you
To receive all the benefits of the program, complete the enrollment process
